1. Personal use

This license is for one purchaser's personal, non-commercial use. You may use
the kit on your own multiple devices and in multiple AI environments.

2. Your working copies

For your own permitted use, you may copy and back up the kit, fill in and edit
its files, and adapt them to your environment.

3. No third-party distribution or business use

You may not distribute, share, or sell the original kit or a modified version
to anyone else. Organization or team use, internal business operations, client
work, and incorporation into paid services are outside this license. The
private AI use in section 4 is permitted and is not prohibited sharing under
this section.

4. Private AI use

You may load kit materials into a non-public AI chat or AI environment for
your own permitted use, including a paid AI service. Paying for an AI service
does not by itself make your use commercial. You may not use publicly shared
AI chats or other environments to distribute the kit to third parties.

5. Your independently written content

Records, opinions, and other content that you independently write and that
contain no kit text or template content are outside this license's
restrictions. A filled-in kit file or modified version that still contains
kit text or template content remains subject to the restrictions on sharing
and distribution.
